Analyze why are you stressed - there has to be some reason. Think about ways to keep away stressing triggers.
Despite everything you could do, if you are still stressed learn to manage it:
1. Went out feelings by talking with good friends.
2. Exercise regularly; it doesn't allow stress to pile up and tell on your health.

When I am stressed there are several ways I can relax.
1. I use visualization - I close my eyes and visualize a scene that is peaceful and quiet. For me that is by a body of water with the water gently lapping at the shore line.
2. I listen to music.
3. I take a nice long walk.

The best way to reduce stress is meditation , regular exercise and give help and happiness to others .
Get some nature therapy and take some time outside. Restores your perspective and puts some oxygen in your lungs :-)
