why can not we use aspirin for fever generally?
aspirin is NSAID but preffered for heart patients. it is not generally prescribed for fever why?
Aspirin is an excellent anti-inflammatory and can be used for fever or cold. But it must always be taken with food. Who take other drugs or suffer of some diseases must be careful for its antiplatelet power (why is prescribed in low doses for heart patients). The paracetamol is a harmless drug, if taken at the right doses, and is therefore easier to use and more prescribed for fever
