    Don't know what you mean, do you mean in foods? Protein shake is the way forward for gyming.

    Protein is derived from many sources, but the main source of complete proteins (those containing all the essential amino acids that are the protein building blocks) are meat and dairy products. Among non-animal products, beans are the best source.

    Carbs are essentially energy providers found in grains, like rice and wheat.

    Of course, there are also many artificial sources in manufactured products. Sugar, for example, is a carbohydrate.

    we take Carbohydrates in the form of sugars, oligosaccharides, starches and fibres. The major sources of carbohydrates are cereals, pulses, potatoes. But also fruit and vegetables contain carbohydrates and even milk.
    Protein Sources are Hamburger patty, fast-food, quarter-pounder, cheese, yogurt, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seeds, wheat, oats, corn and soy, meat etc
