Can wine make you gain weight if you drink it on a weekly bases ?
There are calories in wine, so if its adding to your calorie intake and you consume more than you burn, then essentially, yes it can.
It depends on how much you drink though. One small glass is only about 100 calories, but a bottle a week could add over 500 calories.
Best to consult a dietitian though.
well wine has calories but on a weekly basis in moderation should not be a problem.Brandy and diet coke is my drink no calories to talk about in that drink.
That really depends on the wine. Wine has sugars, which can be converted into fats, but dark red wine has much less sugar than a light white wine. The darker the wine, the generally more healthy it's considered.
yes i think. last year ive been constantly drinking wine and i got fat. but when i stopped it i went back to my original shape.
