Get some weight gain that weight lifters use. You can find it at any health food store. I have used it, and believe me it works. Drink the shakes and also eat 3 meals a day along with it. Good luck!

Try eating potatoes. French fries, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, etc.., Some of these may not be the healthiest choice, but they will certainly pack the pounds on you. Keep on hubbing  smile

I don't recommend it for everyone but when I was in my twenties I gained 25 lbs. on the Pizza and Malt Liquor Diet.

...that's not a real "diet" by the way. I was just depressed so I ate a lot of pizza and drank a lot of malt liquor.

Stand next to me and I will do my level best to give you what I don't need!

Seriously, figure out your BMR (google for the formula) and then add your activity level - get a total number of calories that your body burns daily.

Once you know that, you can add a healthy 500 calories per day or less and you will gradually begin to put on weight.  Or if you are like me - just look at a cake and poof the weight goes up!!

Gaining Weight is all about consuming more Calories than you burn. First step is learning many calories the body requires.
