    8 GLass's of water Everyday.

    How many does that?I am 59 years old and I never have and probably never will.During that time I have not experience any ill affects from not doing so,SO whats up with being WATERLOGGED.I don't believe that there is as much water in the body as they say it is considering all the other parts,matter,and bones therein.I drink about 4,no more than 5 ,HOW do you roll?

    It's myth, everything you ingest has water, no need to drown!

    I'm like Webskitzo, I only drank that much after running for an hour, other than that, the most; probably 2 glasses

    I have both heard & read this many times before & I now try to drink at least 4 pints of water every day.
    Drinking this amount of cold water is exceptionally good for you, here are just some of the advantages;
    - Cleansing of the vital organs such as the kidneys, intestines & stomach
    - Elimination of residues
    - Fluidises the blood
    - Feeling revitalised & energised
    - Assists the immune system
    - Improves sleep (as long as you don't drink too much before bed!)
