8 GLass's of water Everyday.
How many does that?I am 59 years old and I never have and probably never will.During that time I have not experience any ill affects from not doing so,SO whats up with being WATERLOGGED.I don't believe that there is as much water in the body as they say it is considering all the other parts,matter,and bones therein.I drink about 4,no more than 5 ,HOW do you roll?
I drank that much when I was into cross county running competively...most people however will be around 4-5
I'm like Webskitzo, I only drank that much after running for an hour, other than that, the most; probably 2 glasses
makes the fats away! also it cleans your system so you are very unlikely to be near from any disease
I have both heard & read this many times before & I now try to drink at least 4 pints of water every day.
