Do you regularly listen to Binaural Beats? If so, how often and what is your experience with them?
I listen to binaural beats everyday. At night I have them play all day (slower ones) at a very low volume. In the morning I listen to them at least for 2 hours. It has a wonderful effect on you and calms you down, relaxes you, make you feel balanced and at harmony with yourself. Its' great. Please read my hub:
You really have to be aware of it. It's sort of like training yourself to be very receptive to it. Cause sometimes, even naturally, I am able to track what kind of brainwaves I am in, and see the blinking of lights (or frequency).
Like after jogging I notice that my perception is a bit faster in terms of frequency. I don't know if my comment made sense but I'm not really a psychologist or whatever and I don't know the proper words to use. Also, it's almost as if I can't even find the words to describe what I really mean.
But yeah, binaural beats can aid in inducing different states of mind.
