i broke my wrist and want to workout
i broke my wrist twice and didnt have it set or put in a cast it has been almost a year sine i broke it last a want to work out are there workouts that will go easy on my wrist or strengthen it so that it dosent hurt me to work out
Well you might want to stay away from any workout routines that will stress your wrists in anyway. At least not until you've been cleared by a doctor or at least a professional trainer.
In the meantime, try cardio exercises and workouts for the lower half of the body. Breaking your wrists or worst a third time should be on top of your head at all times.
