    It helps to find a buddy to lose weight with. A sense of friendly competition can do wonders on one's body.

    Keep a weighing machine by your side all time.

    The more it cries, the more your heart beat, the more your conscious and may be this will motivate you :-)

    I get a lot of patients who's motivation is life. Avoiding Hypoglycemia and diabetes is huge motivation to lose weight and stay healthy!

    Like it was pointed out.

    Control your blood sugar and insulin response and you won't need "motivation" because you simply won't crave the bad foods.
