How to relax after working long hours in front of a Computer?
Just close your eyes with your palm, and count till 200 or 300 slowly. Then slowly open up your eyes to feel relaxed.
A) Go outside. Don't just walk into another room and start watching TV.
B) Walk around for at least 10-15 minutes.
C) Even better, go for a jog, play some basketball or tennis, walk your dog, or participate in some kind of activity that involves movement.
I find doing these things, even if you feel tired from working in front of the computer all day, will actually re-energize you and make you feel much better.
I agree with Drug Free ADD. Go for a walk. 30 minute fast walk shouldn't make you too tired but will pump some oxygen into your brain and other parts of your body. I actually do 4 wheel walk (AKA Nordic Walking), because it is even more pleasant than regular walking and increases all other benefits by a few hundred percent. But if you don't have NW poles, the regular, old fashioned walk should do. 8o)
