my grams sugar is 300 right now and we need to get it down fast how do we do this
If you work out on a treadmill for 15-20 mts, your blood sugar will come down immediately. Any exercise will do but treadmill is faster I think. Exercising regularly is a good way to keep blood sugar (and diabetes) under check. If one is not in a position to do vigorous exercise, walking is the best.
