how do u get ur blood sugar down fast with out meds
my grams sugar is 300 right now and we need to get it down fast how do we do this
If you work out on a treadmill for 15-20 mts, your blood sugar will come down immediately. Any exercise will do but treadmill is faster I think. Exercising regularly is a good way to keep blood sugar (and diabetes) under check. If one is not in a position to do vigorous exercise, walking is the best.
Try to include bitter melon or fenugreek in your regular meals. Consuming these herbs help to bring down the blood sugar level, in a natural way. If you don't find the relief you must take the medicine prescribed by the doctor, without delay, to avoid any problem.
