What is your fear and how do you overcome or conquer fear ?

From the time we're infants, we are equipped with the survival instincts necessary to respond with fear when we sense danger or feel unsafe. It makes us alert to danger and prepares us to deal with it.Fear can be like a warning, a signal that cautions us to be careful.A feelng of fear can be brief or it can last longer.Fear helps protect us.Like all emotions, fear can be mild, medium, or intense, depending on the situation and the person. It is programmed into the nervous system and works like an instinct.Fear is one of the most basic human emotions.Feeling afraid is very natural.

My biggest fear were the thoughts which often comes to my mind in which the fear and tension of losing my close ones always used to terrify me...
But when i started reading the holy Hindu book 'Bhagwat Geeta' i slowly slowly learned to overcome that fear... Bhagwat Geeta is the key for all problems in life.I think everyone should read it and implement its sayings in life to live a great life

My fear is the thought of death... death? hmm, not really but the type of death I will encounter when I am going to die worries me.

I am so much concerned about what situation or cause will bring about my death.

I don't want to die like fowl, ant, or worm. I don't want to die a coward. I don't want to die a fool. I don't want to die disgraced...

Oh death is so dreadful. But one must experience it before getting to the spiritual heavenly places.

Lord! I commit my spirit into your hands.

Change the way you think and you change the way you act. You can control your thoughts. Since you're only able to consciously think about one thing at a time, only allow positive thoughts to go through your mind. Whenever a negative thought or fear enters, simply choose to stop it right in its tracks and immediately change that thought to something positive.
