Hmmm, a good question, I'll go with MORE! At least for me anyway...
Tough question, I think it really depends on your lifestyle. When I was doing a lot of physical activity every day I found that I needed around 8-10 hour asleep to feel good. However lately I've been a student and not really done anything except school. I've found that now I can function and feel fine with only around 5-6 hours of sleep. I guess it probably depends on how much strain your body goes through throughout your day.
