    Hi Patty,

I have had a few ovarian cysts over the years and I know how painful they can be. Have you seen a gynaecologist, who is a Doctor who specialises in complaints relevant to women.

It sounds to me that this would be the first place to start, you need to get another opinion. In other words, someone who hasn't seen you before to see if anything might have been  missed .The fact that you are suffering from a lot of different  symptoms could mean any number of things going on.

My advice therefore, is to get a referral from your GP if you have one, to be assessed  by a gynaecologist, to find out what is making you feel like this. This is what I would do in these circumstances. I hope I have helped a little anyway.
Good Luck Patty We only get one body, and we are our own body's best barometer. In other words, if we feel something isn't right, then it probably isn't.

    Hugs & Kisses

Well my first instinct is hormonal imbalance, usually cysts are a result of too much estrogen, endometriosis. To coin a phrase.
There is a test to determine if in fact you are into meno, or at least peri meno. Must be taken before 9 am, when our hormones are at the lowest point of the day. Called an FSH. It will determine where you are in this stage of life. Seek out a geno, dont listen to, you're to young. Mine started at 36, not 50. i know, it's not normal, I was done by age 48.
With that said. Holistic ways to balance hormones are Flax seed 2000mg per day, no not fish oil, it doesnt help with hormones. This will help at any stage of hormonal balance. From pms to meno.
After it is determined which stage you are in:
Progesterone cream, helpful for PMS, Peri-meno, and meno. Apply to thin areas of skin daily.
    Meno pause:
Soy 1000 to 2000 by mouth up to twice a day
Wild yam 1000 to 2000 by mouth up to twice a day.
The natural hormones do not dominate the way synthetic hormones do. Premarin is a synthetic hormone that dominates, and causes reproductive cancer, by over stimulating the estrogen receptors. A holistic approach is a way to balance not dominate.
