    As the saying goes, "You snooze, you lose". However, I believe short catnaps are good to rest your mind and body in order to extend your stamina in whatever physical or mental activity your participate in.

    lol...good question...it could be a form of procrastination or could be a signal of sleep deprivation and not having a sleep routine.

    Snoozing can be a form of procrastination; I know there are times when I want to avoid certain situations that my mind responds by making me suddenly sleepy. Yep, has happened when I really didn't want to write.

    I think it's our bodies telling us that we need to pay a bit more attention to our health.
