    Personally, it couldn't hurt--that is if the nap is just that a nap, and not going into a full-nighter!
    Love those catnaps and they help re-charge the ole batteries for me!

    I think it's good, if you have not slept enough the night. One way to catch up the sleep.

    After noon nap is obviously good for your health. It acts as a mid day booster for you. charges you up by helping you gain the energy lost in the tasks.

    I think a nap in the afternoon is generally good for body and mind. Of course, if the nap is a sleep, you may miss good dates. This could be a disadvantage.

    Absolutely good for you.
    Your brain regenerates and your body repairs itself when you are asleep.
    Be careful not to nap too long though as you could ruin your sleep cycle.

    i would imagine it to be a great thing...when the body needs rest it is not important what time of day it is...it is only important that you listen:)smile

    A short afternoon nap is good for your health.  It also clears your mind ad allows you to refocus.  I find that when I take a nap (on the odd occasion I get a chance) does help in recharging my batteries and energizing myself to carry on working.
