Try to rest more and worry less. Here rest means physical and mental rest. If you are in a position to do that, everything may seem less stressful.
Number 1 best tip I have is....Remember to Breathe
other than that... Stress is typically of our own making-meaning that we are the ones that have to improve upon it and change the way we deal with everyday or life changing events. Sometimes taking life Day by Day is too hard and will add to the pressure. Take life moment to moment...and each task as an individual task not as a group...Start-Complete...Break-Breathe....and Start the Next on the To Do List... You will never finish you list, life and responsibility will not allow for that, but you can manage your time-efforts and have the mind set that you will do what you can as effectively as you can-and what will not be done today will eventually be completed. Worrying about our stress-makes it harder to deal with... Calm-collected thoughts are how I survive... I work 2 full time jobs (one as a Content Writer and the other as Director of Operations-both demand and demand more when I think i am spent)...I lost both grandmothers in 3 months...My husband lost his income... I was in the hospital twice within a month... I usually sleep only 3 to 4 hours a night and I have a 2 and a 3 year old... I am busy- I am not stressed... I cry when I need to cry...and then i get back up and keep going...it's life, and we do have control as to how we deal with it...
Not sure if that is what you were looking for...but that is what I have as far as advice goes about dealing with stress...
