    I think you should be thrilled!  My mother and grandmother both said they started losing leg and arm hair in their early 50s.  I wouldn't worry about it smile

      If you are a bit concerned about losing hair from you legs and arms in your early 50's, check with your doctor, I am now 66 and still have very hairy legs and arms. Having a good diet and exercising keeps you being hairy and  healthy.

    Hi dwsunrise,

    Your symptoms can be a sign of thyroid problems, progesterone and/or iron deficiency. Your physician can order a simple blood test for these. I would also suggest going to a doctor who is experienced with NATURAL BIO-IDENTICAL HORMONE therapy, which can help keep you healthier and younger!  Remember, NATURAL, BIO-IDENTICAL, NOT pharmaceutical grade. I am talking about prescription strength, not over the counter.
