Some of the best advise I have given my patients is to journal or write on hubpages. It has been such healing for them. I tell them to write about anything, because if it's important to them, it's important to someone else. Make up a name and write about anything! Write about what intersts you, or how you feel about your life. Join hubpages and see what it can do for you. And you can earn some money too.
