How do you keep fit if you are on the road as a sales rep or similar?
Just wake up earlier my friend, go for run around 30min or start with walk, but do it regularly. 3 or 4 times a week will make you feel better, look better and sell better. So, Good Luck!

Depends what your definition of 'Fit' is? Fitness is a relative term.A 30 minute walk around a park somewhere is a great simple exercise though it won't keep you fit enough to run a marathon. If you can get up early and go for a run/ go to the gym local it's a great idea to invograte your dayAlternately you could plan your day to be near a gym a couple of lunches a week.
You should try some yoga exercises. I know a few tips and tricks that can really get you back on your feet with your mind straight on the subject. Efficiently performing these relaxing exercises can really become beneficial pretty quickly. All you have to do is remember to find a quiet spot along the road to meditate.
