I think to keep yourself fit and smart we need to eat the foods that provide the body with proper nutrition, and get daily exercise. That alone make a person smarter, because the body is in better condition to deal with things that happen in our lives.
Keeping fit is part of keeping smart, I think that being healthy aids in focus, memory and productiveness.
To keep fit and smart you need to eat the right food and exercise. Always take multivitamins and take part in regular physical activity.
