i will like a list of food that is good and healthy to eat please
grass-fed beef, turkey breast, chicken breast, egg whites, shrimp
pumpkin, butternut squash, yam, kidney beans, oatmeal
blueberries, strawberries, cherries, blackberries, apple
broccoli, spinach, carrots, onions, peas
yogurt, milk, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, goat cheese
walnuts, almonds, natural peanut butter, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds
Fat Burning Spices:
chili powder, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper
