Not really, I have breakfast and dinner. But if I did feel hungry during the day, then yes I would eat a snack.
i eat 5 or 6 times a day. i don't like eating large meals , so i tend to eat a lot of smaller meals. supper is the one meal that's important in our house as it is also family time together.
More like 6 smaller meals. Or more, if I am bored! LOL. The smaller meals help maintain energy. When it comes to coffee, one can seldom have too much of that!

Rarely. A lot of times I only eat once a day. Most of the time I probably eat twice a day. It doesn't matter how much I eat, or what I eat. I don't gain weight.
I eat about 5 or 6 times a day. i try to keep my metabolism up by eating a lot of smaller meals. I also work out and together, the diet and exercise have given me a healthy body.
I eat about 5 times a day. Breakfast, lunch, a snack when I get home, dinner, and usually another snack before bed. I have recently started eating every 3 hours as I have been working out. This seems to speed up my metabolism and I actually feel more hungry now that I'm eating more often.
I always try to eat three main meals a day, but there is usually snacking in between, especially when my energy levels are low.
I eat several times a day, but they are snacks rather than complete meals. I know it seems like a lot, but I'm hungry all of the time.

I eat breakfast, but I don't eat it until around noon or 1p.m. since I don't get up until 11:00 most days. But I'll still eat breakfast food for the first meal. Just because I like eggs and cereal and toast...

How are we supposed to now how much calories to intake, or the amount of servings, how manytimes per day we are supposed to eat, and things of that nature??
