    I do tai chi and relaxation exercises to calm me down.  Also a relaxing herbal tea, like chamomile is great.  (Although sometimes if I really want to cheer myself up, only coffee will do!  Ironically this calms me down as well, despite the caffeine content..)

    I don't manage anger. I SHOUT and the anger vanishes.

    Well to be honest, I do not vent my anger, and tend to get very depressed.  Not healthy, but the truth.

    I go out for a long walk in a quiet place (most of time in a park or near the beach). This helps me to calm down.

    Write it out would be my suggestion. If someone has angered you, put them in a story.
