Anyone have trouble staying consistent with a workout program? What do you do about it?
I start a Beachbody Challenge group = Independent Coach (me) helps a small group of people by keeping them motivated and helps them complete a Beachbody program (P90X, Turbofire, Insanity, Body Gospel, 10 Minute Trainer, Power 90, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Slim in 6, or Brazil Butt Lift).

I had some trouble in that area before I developed goals that were more motivating than weight loss. For example, when I first started training thai boxing, I wanted to become good at that skill set. So all the work I had to put in was insignificant compared to the vision of what I could achieve.
It's all about developing goals that are inspiring and motivating on their own so that the process will never drag you down.
It is hard to stay consistent and motivated, but I think Nike really said it best because you just have to do it. If you want it, do it.

Has anyone ever had problems having a Christmas tree and a puppy? My puppy (Ruby) is now 14 months old (the sweetest girl in the world) but I am pretty sure the ornaments on a Christmas tree, the lights, and actually the tree itself, may be too much of a temptation for her. I have no idea what to do.
