What could be the cause of morning headaches and how to avoid it?
Assuming you didn't over-indulge the night before, most morning headaches are caused by sleeping funny (or not sleeping well enough). Try changing your sleep position and try a different pillow.
Dehydration is common - either through drinking alcohol or not drinking enough other fluids. Stress could also be a factor.
I'd suggest unwinding for at least 30 minutes before bedtime with a warm drink and a good book and/ or some relaxing music.
If the pain is around the eyes, eyebrow or cheekbones it could be sinus related. You may want to use a humidifier or at least add a couple containers of water in your bedroom or maybe just a couple plants will help some. Also dusting down your walls good and spray an allergen carpet cleaner can help if you have carpet. They are inexpensive and you don't even have to vacuum them up but should before you use it.
