Losing weight is not an overnight thing and a person cannot loose weight as the ads usually predict so. The advertisements might be helpful to a certain extent but the claims that make, to me are not right. Even loosing few pounds require lots of perseverance, diet control or a proper work out program spread out over many many days.

My idea is you can gain weight very easily but loosing it quickly is not at all an easy task.

The ads are nothing but a bunch of lies. The only thing that can help you lose weight is proper diet and exercise!

I have seen people lose weight quickly with the Hcg diet and other methods; however, once they stopped the diet, they gained the weight back, plus some.

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat right and exercise.  You need to be able to commit to a lifestyle change and not a fad diet.  They also say that it is unhealthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week.  If you are losing more than that, it would be advisable to talk with a doctor or nutritionist.

You can lose weight quickly, but it depends on the method as to whether how quick and if it is safe.  When losing weight, one should always give themselves a lot of time and do it right with diet, exercise, and lifestyle change.

Try bodyrock.tv on youtube. It's free videos of workouts helping you get into shape and loose weight. They are very handy and the workouts are all under 10 minutes a day, if you do them correctly. It will take some time to analyze them and focus your body to do what they are doing though. Start with their easy stuff because they are plenty of difficult ones that I cannot do.

There are no quick fixes. The ads are just to get you to buy their products. While some of them work, they are usually not healthy alternatives to just diet and exercise. Diet and exercise are the best ways and it costs no money (unless you join a gym or other fitness club). My doctor told me the safest and longest last way is 2 lbs a month. While it is slow, you will keep the weight off longer and easier. And it is healthy to lose slowly. Yo yo dieting is not the way to go at all. It is actually bad for your body. So slow and steady and you'll lose the weight and keep it off. I lost 40 lbs in one year and that was two years ago and I've kept it off.

You can lose weight quickly, but not safely. And the weight that was lost quickly, returns just as fast.

The ketogenic (no-carb) diet is one of the fastest I've seen - personally I lost 10kg in one month, and two weeks afterwards, 6kg back on. You don't have to use the high protein, no carb, additive laden 'supplements' that cost a fortune. But it puts an incredibly strain on kidneys, and must not be used for longer than a couple of months. It's very hard to stick to, and I did not feel well on it, despite the reassurances of the naturopath who asked me to do it as part of a treatment plan for chronic pain. Incidentally, I lost my ability to think clearly - important for working. I would recommend strongly *against* it. Carbohydrates are necessary - everything in moderation.

The best way, is to eat healthily, move regularly, sleep lots and drink heaps of water. Daily calories should be in deficit - tracking everything you eat, drink and do helps to stay on track.

You can lose weight quickly. However, the follow up question is how quickly you would put those pounds+ back on

Until you do not experience thinking will not be changed. try them, u will get the opinion yourself. U can loose weight quickly but it will too count 2 months at least depending upon body weight. I tried two bottles Aloe Vera juice to loose weight, it helped me loss of 5 kgs in two months. not bad..

Yes you can lose weight very quickly if you starve yourself and you have a drastic workout regimen, but how long can you keep it for? eventually you will gain it back.
ads promising you instant weight loss and miracle pills are indeed "full of it"

it takes time to lose weight.
it takes drive, determination, discipline and usually at a rate of 2-3lbs of week.
doing so you will keep the weight off forever.
