Soak them in a warm bath of episom salt, eat a salad filled with dandelion greens and stay hydrated.

Reduce salt intake, no more than 5-6 gm per day, that includes monitoring salt content of ready prepared meals,  eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially things like watermelon, and onion family plants, go to the doctor, swollen feet and ankles can be a precursor to heart disease.  More exersise, walking, or leg rotations if the feet are too painful to walk for exercise.  Drink plenty of fresh water.

It really depends on the source of the swelling. There are many reasons why people have swollen feet. Without knowing your background you can try some simple techniques such as elevating your legs as much as possible or buying support stockings sold in drug stores. These stockings are sometimes called "diabetic stockings" and hug your foot and calf and help prevent blood from pooling if your circulation is less than perfect. They can be safely worn everyday and can even be laundered on a regular basis. Hope this helps.

Soak your feet in cool water, may add some epsom salt, very helpful for sore feet.
Eat 4 stalks of celery, a natural diuretic, as well as vitamin B6. Reduce salt intake. Sit or lay with feet up, above the heart, will lessen swelling. May be a problem with high blood pressure, referred to as edema, best to consult a physician for correct diagnosis.
