    Even the rich and the famous, the beautiful,and the powerful people get lonely. It is normal. If the loneliness is recurring, it can be an indication of a biochemical imbalance. These are all on the surface.
    Stress. The cure is exercise and rest.  Just count your breath and be thankful for every breath.

    I start making a list of the things I need to do, from simple things like getting up and taking a shower to complicated tasks like finding a job.

    The key to overcoming depression is to look at the smallest necessity and to achieve it, then go from there slowly. Depression is difficult, I know, but emotions are meant to move us. From what I've experienced, the ones who feel depressions are the ones who have also truly felt happiness.

    If this question was for yourself, know that you have what it takes to get past what you must. Don't sell yourself short and rejoice over the smallest triumphs.
