What is the best amount of time to spend on yoga during the week?
I'm a college student and have a busy schedule. I want to start doing yoga and want to know if it needs to be done every day, or every other day. Help a fellow hubber out!
I've written a hub on this. All the guidelines and instructions are covered in it. See

To me, yoga is a little meditation and breathing, it's probably how I consider it. I don't do it everyday because I simply couldn't keep up, but I make sure I get at least an hour of it every other day or less. I believe it's important for my thyroid condition. During weekends, you can go longer. That's how I go about yoga in my little way. Hope this is helpful musicklover.
