Why breast cancer has been a common health issue throughout the world?
Is it lack of knowledge or is it due to the ignorance?
Breast cancer afflicts both men and women. It has heritable and sporadic forms. The gene responsible for breast cancer is BRCA1. More women than men get breast cancer. I have Hubs "How Heritable Breast Cancer and Ovarian Cancer Develop Fully, " and "Health Maintenance Organization (HMO): Heroines Of Bone Marrow Transplantation in Metastatic (Stage IV) Breast Cancer." Lack of knowledge and ignorance contribute to the problem but more so the lack of preventive measures. The most serious one is lack of knowledge on the part of conventional medicine as it ignores free radicals as causes of cancer.
