By facing them head on, being persistent, and keeping my end goal in mind. Like Stephen Covey says, Begin with the end in mind. That is my approach for over coming obstacles.
I overcome an obstacle with a simple approach. If you think you can, you will...If you think you cannot, you will not...The mind control the body...cheers
"Knowledge is the first stage of wisdom" - Thomas Aquinas. One can overcome any obstacles with right thinking and preparation. Any obstacles have their own solutions and strategies to overcome them. What you need is the right mind to face it.
One can either aim to break down the big obstacles into more manageable ones or and deal with them that way. Or else, as is pointed out in the Mary Poppins (Broadway) song, "Anything Can Happen" (Richard M. and Robert B. Sherman), "You can move a mountain if you use a larger spade". If the obstacle is one "biggie" that can't be broken down into smaller components, a person can figure out what that "larger spade" is and use it.
By analyzing my abilities and strength, i can bravely face the obstacles as i believe in myself and believing in myself help me to overcome every hurdle.
I think this way to overcome an obstacle -
Do not think of it as an obstacle.
Nothing is impossible.
There is a solution to every problem.
Take help from one's you trust the most.
Talk with people who love you.
Take a deep breath and say I can and I will.
