The only way I would say to to relax & listen to some quiet & gentle music & then you will gain strength over stress & your stress will become rest
Ofcourse music is relaxing, but Yoga and Meditation are good to release stress.
I was taught deep breathing exercises, I close my eyes and picture myself somewhere calming, there's no one else around, I begin to relax and the stress leaves my body. It's almost like self hypnosis and has helped me during some stressful times especially at work.
