How long does sore throat last after quiting smoking?
I quit smoking about 61/2 to 7 weeks ago. All my other symptoms are gone except for I keep getting painful sore throats on and off. This time it so bad it feels like strep. I went to the doctor and no strep was found. How long will these sore throats last? I know everybody is different but, has anybodies lasted on and off for nearly a month and a half? Please respond?
The best remedy for soar throat is a 2 minute gargle with salt water before going to sleep. Soar throat will disappear in a day or two.
