    of course they are. maybe not to the point that women tend to be but any man with any pride doesn't want to let his body go to crap.

    Yes. Anorexia and bulimia are, and have been since it started, issues with men who believe they don't look right. You can tell by looking at how a man reacts with his body by his words, actions, and his ego.

    Absolutely. I'm a psychologist and have treated men with eating disorders who have thought they were either too large or too skinny. In general I have found that men experience many insecurities about their body and their appearance but internalise them a lot more than women as society does not encourage them to voice such worries aloud.

    With the growing competition in the day to day life and choices made in the society males have become very much conscious about their body and health.hey also try to make up the deficiency with the help of energy boosters and physical exercises.In fact today's male seems to be more Keen about their health and body and the way of living styles compared to girls.
