Addiction, I believe, is primarily to the body's reaction to a food, chemical, or activity, and not to its taste. If eating the food triggers an endorphin rush, then addiction is a possibility. We then associate the taste with the addiction.
Clearly, though, if you mean, "do we become addicted to foods which we don't like originally, after we acquire a taste for them" the answer can certainly be yes. I developed an addiction to cheese (only a problem because I'm also allergic to it) after I acquired a taste for it. As a child, I didn't like sharp cheeses, then I came to like them. Then I needed to give them up for health reasons, but found it hard.
And, of course, many people acquired a taste for wine, then became alcoholic. And most people addicted to smoking probably coughed out their first puff of a cigarette.
