I'm hoping someone can help Im currently at 10 stone, but my height being 5'2 im overweight, any ideas on how to help lose the tummy podge and muffin top?
you can't spot reduce - so cardio and eating properly and counting calories is the only way to do it. If there were a way to just target problem areas life would be grand but unfortunately it just doesn't work that way.
