    Considering that two-thirds of the nation are overweight or obese, I would imagine that 100% of the people that I know are struggling with weight issues.  People struggle not only with weight loss, but they also struggle with weight gain and weight maintenance.  I truly wish more people would place the emphasis back on health gains where it should be.

    Quite a few that I know.  My friends and I have started keeping each other in check with our weight loss.  We all set specific goals and we're working towards not only losing weight but being healthy.  There are 5 of us doing this.  I have many more friends that need to lose weight but are either in denial or simply don't care enough to put in the work.

    More than 1.4 billion adults, 20 and older, were overweight.
    Of these overweight adults, over 200 million men and nearly 300 million women were obese.
    Overall, more than 10% of the world’s adult population was obese.
