I agree with honeybee. The first sign is when you miss your period. Others can be feeling sick, want to throw up however not everyone face this symptoms.
First you need to take a home pregnancy test. I used First Response pregnancy tests right around the time I knew my period was due. Once my tests came back positive (that I was indeed pregnant), then I had blood drawn at the doctor to confirm my pregnancies.
