Any worst fear, which you have? How do you deal with it?
I have a terrible fear of big spiders. The little ones don't bother me so much but the big ones send me screaming....especially if I find one in my house!!! I freak out.
My fears are unconscious. I've faced all my other fears by walking directly into them. If it's something I said, I pick up the phone and immediately apologize. If it's something I don't understand, I call around and find the expert on the issue--and then do what I'm told. Yet there's more--
With my unconscious fears, I see them exaggerated in my dreams. Something that I'm afraid of is blown all out of porportion like an action film. When I awake, I feel the feeling I felt in the dream. The feeling walks me through the fear I'm not yet aware of.
