My breast are a bit sore and tender but I'm on my period. What could this all mean?
It could just be due to hormonal changes within your cycle. If it doesn't go away by the time your period is over, I'd suggest asking your gynecologist, just to be on the safe side.
It could be due to hormonal changes, for some women it's actually very common, evening primrose in capsules works very good for relieving breast pain.
