Which form of exercise for you?

For your physical health as well as mental health?
Yoga, Walk, Hitting the Gym, Running, Cycling, Aerobics etc are some form I could think about for maintaining physical fitness. Anything apart from this ( I think there are many , though), you prefer?
Meditation, Positive thinking, Relaxing are some options for mental happiness.
What is your take here ?

Having once owned a gym, I've had the opportunity to use all kinds of exercise equipment. But the one piece I kept when I closed up my business was - my Rebounder!! It is undoubtedly THE best piece of exercise equipment ever made! It offers cardio, strength training and so many other health benefits, PLUS, its FUN!! I still use it 3-4 times a week now, and I never get tired of it! Great question!!

Rebounding has significant positive effects on mental health! It reduces stress, anxiety and the cleansing action of the lymph system helps to maintain healthy brain function!  It's a great stress reliever and mood booster!

The Burpee is one of the most complete exercises you can do to build strength, stamina and increase your metabolism.  You can do it at home and get a really good workout.  Just Google it and there are many videos of how to do it.

I tell people the best form of exercise is the one that you'll do. Since everyone is so different and has different ideas of fun, you have to find what you like to do in order to adhere to an exercise program. And even when you do find something you like to do, then it's always good to mix up the routine every once in a while, too. I like to find new classes or new trails to run.

I like swimming, because it's such a different experience from land-based, high-impact forms of exercise. I just wish it weren't such an ineffective way to lose weight.

I'm 30, I love playing flag football with my buddies, or running around with my dog. Walks are crucial to back and hip health after sitting down for many hours (work related ) . Generally I like to warm up with walking on an incline, followed by planks, side planks, push-ups, reverse planks, glute bridges, and some rib expanding breathing exercises. Then I follow that up with some powecleans, atg squats , other days its deadlifts and sprints , some days it's bench and Step up and heavy sand bag ball throws against the wall across the body love these . Also power skips for height and skips for distance are brutal stimulators for the whole abdominal region I highly recommend those .
