Why do my muscles itch after working out or walking?
If I get out of my workout routine and try to return, my muscle itch - especially my leg muscles.
If its under the skin, it can be pretty common and is the result of the stress and expansion the workout put on your legs/muscles. If its on top of the skin, then that's something different. Most likely irritation from clothing or something that you came in contact with.
