Are people who are vegetarian of a different animal order classification of sapiens?

No.  A species is named by it's properties, not by it's choice of diet.  Just because vegetarians don't eat meat, it doesn't mean they can't.

I am in agreement with you.

I understand that a species is named by particular properties, however the question was about the order of animal species, as an order can be classified by dietary habits. To use your logic, because a lion does not eat grass does not mean he cannot.

i guess you did mean 'order'!  in which case it's definitely no - orders are much more than just what is eaten.   but again - there's no DNA diff between vegans and omnivores, and their children don't breed true

Interesting logic. Rams do not eat wolves, but it does not mean that they cannot. If rams began eating wolves, would their taxonomy change?

you need to learn some basic biology - taxonomy wouldnt change even if an animal changes its diet - it would still be a sheep, able to mate with other sheep, and NOT ABLE to mate with any other order

the evidence suggests vegetarians are still able to breed with omnivores

While this may be true, is it ethical for them to do so? As a family is assessed by tributes such as diet, child development, tribal arrangements, etcetera. Are vegetarians, or perhaps vegans, of another taxonomic family?

taxonomy is part of science - questions of ethics are irrelevant.  veganism is a choice that has no effect on DNA .

      - 'order' and 'family' have specific taxonomic definitions - the question should ask if vegans are different species

Your diet does effect your dna.

you're kidding?  give us an example of how diet can affect DNA -- ie, CHANGES the somatic cells
