Unfortunately nightmares. I suffer from PTSD. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone.
Like JThomp42, I also suffer from frequent nightmares. They're no good! But, medication, therapy, and sleep management help.
Over the past three years I keep having dreams of a tsunami and high water close to where I live. I also keep having catastrophe dreams when some place close to me someone has run into a lot of trouble. I try not to pick at the dream to clarify. Instead I feel the trauma and say some prayers.
