Where does your protein come from? Your diet or protein shakes?
Your protein "should" come from your diet but I take some supplements to help out because I'm trying to gain weight. Shakes are a good source of protein except that the protein your getting is usually a "complex" protein so your body has to break it down first before it can use it. If you give your body a "natural" source of protein your body can easily break it down to Amino Acids and use it. At least that's what I've been told...
