Walk 3 miles per day, eat healthy, keep a positive outlook, have love around you always, and have love around you always.

No cows milk, no prepackaged foods, only eat all natural products, exercise, and keep a happy sex life (reduces stress levels)

What about a little organic cow's milk and yogurt? Goat milk?

I do cheat and have yogurt once in a while but usually almond milk or coconut milk only!

Physically, I take care of myself by eating healthy (fruits and veggies every day, no junk food), exercise regularly (at least 3 half-hours a week, often more), drink lots of filtered water (1.5-2.0 litres a day), get enough sleep (8 hours a night).
Mentally, I keep my thoughts positive and maintain an optimistic outlook on life.
Emotionally, I deal with my issues methodically and not wait for them to fester.
Spiritually, I take time for myself every day; peace and quiet, meditation, communing with the deity of your understanding, whatever works for you. The important thing is to understand that health is holistic. Just taking care of the physical aspects is not enough. Stress management is all-important.

Thanks for your thoughtful, well formed program that works for you and can for others: nutrition, hydration, exercise, stress reduction, and sleep, cover the five keys to maintaining a healthy weight, and dealing with issues as they arise is wisdom.

Well this may perhaps go down as a selfish promotion of my favorite sport; however, it is not...
    (1) Play ice hockey
    (2) Eat well (healthy amounts and healthy food)
    (3) Walk and/or run daily...
    (4) Be connected (socially and emotionally)
    (5) Love

Get 140+ heartbeats per min at least 100 mins per week doing whatever activity. Consume as many raw foods as possible to get special enzymes destroyed by cooking. Maintain an even-tempered temperament as much as possible. Laugh and find humor in life frequently. And yes, a healthy love-life helps if you can get around to it lol.

Moderation in your intake - there is nothing wrong with enjoying a glass of wine or a slice of cake.
Exercise - not everybody can get to the gym but rather take the stairs than the elevator and walk to the shops nearby.
Sleep - When i was younger I was told that you can never catch up on lost sleep. I don't know if this is true but I believe your body can be harmed by extended periods of little sleep.
Forgiveness - try not to carry anger and bitterness for the past. The past won't remember you, so don't worry about it. Move on with the positives in your life.
Adventure - challenge your mind and beliefs, you might surprise yourself. You may find adventure in learning a new language, you may want to find love or you may want to jump from an airplane - do it!
