I regret not going to medical school when I had the time and so many years ahead of me. I waited 11 years after marrying to have kids - and I basically wasted that 11 years instead of being serious and planning for the future.
Once kids arrived and life got "real" it was too difficult to get it done.
I don't think you wasted your time by raising your kids for 11 years.
No that isn't what I said. I was married 11 years BEFORE I had children - so I could have used that 11 years to better advantage. The years raising my kids was absolutely magical, I love every minute of it.
