What will help with my diet?

What food you are not allowed to eat while dieting?

I would suggest not eating fatty foods. Also, try and stay away from carbohydrates. Such as bread, potatoes, pasta, etc. because your body turns carbs into straight sugar.

People always said potatoes are ok to eat. And thank you very much for the detail.

Your question depends entirely on the diet you're using. Some people cut carbs, others cut fats, others just eat less calories, etc...

I actually have a hub about weight loss, if you have a minute to take a look. smile

When dieting, you should never cut out any macronutrient whether it is dietary fat or carbohydrates.  They are all important to your health and weight loss goals. The best way you can diet is by cutting out pre-packaged, processed, and refined foods. Instead, opt for natural foods. For every meal and snack, have protein, carbs (mostly veggies), and dietary yet essential fats. Carbohydrates include veggies, fruits, and starches. Makes sure you're getting veggies in nearly all meals and snacks. On your more active / exercise days, have fruit and limited starchy carbs. Though some diets tell you to cut out the starches, it will eventually be detrimental to your thyroid and metabolism. Have them after a strenuous workout at least 1-2 times per week to keep your metabolism from declining. And, please don't ever cut out dietary fat as it is also essential for your body's cells, brain function, as well as losing body fat. There are different types of dietary fat; try to opt for the essentials that include Omega-3 such as fish oil, flaxseed and flaxseed oil, chia seeds, avocados, olives, and walnuts. wink

While dieting I do not eat any bread, try to reduce amount of sugar I consume, any stratchy food like potato and more vegetables, fruits, water and so on and so forth.
