Do you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder?
Do you have the winter blues? Shorter days and cold weather definitely affect my mood and motivation level.
I suppose Seasonal Affective Disorder (lack of exposure to the sunlight) could be something I have a little of; but- really - I pretty much think it's more a case of "Just-Bloody-Sick of-the-Winter-At-This-Point" Disorder.
Absolutely. I live in a area with cloud cover most of the winter and a sunny day is rare. It absolutely affects my mood.

Bipolar Affective Disorder?Are there varying degrees of severity with this disorder? In that the symptoms experienced can be mild in some people but severe in others? Also, do all cases require medication?
