Do you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder?

Do you have the winter blues? Shorter days and cold weather definitely affect my mood and motivation level.

Yes; it often goes hand in hand with dysthymic disorder.

I suppose Seasonal Affective Disorder (lack of exposure to the sunlight) could be something I have a little of; but- really - I pretty much think it's more a case of "Just-Bloody-Sick of-the-Winter-At-This-Point" Disorder.    smile

Absolutely.  I live in a area with cloud cover most of the winter and a sunny day is rare. It absolutely affects my mood.
